- 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then roll into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through.

- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (or make your own)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and peas, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
