Stuffed potatoes: the recipe for an easy and savory dish

Directions:
1. Cut the upper part of the potatoes and remove the inside with a spoon.
2. Dice mozzarella and salami.
3. Mix them with potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Use this mixture to stuff the potatoes.
5. Drizzle with some olive oil, then bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
