Ingredients:
4 lamb shanks
250ml beef stock
150ml red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons corn flour
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in fry pan and brown shanks on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker
Combine stock, wine, tomato paste in bowl. Pour over shanks and add bay leaf and salt and pepper to taste.
