Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispie Treat Cups
Ingredients
Embrace the crispy delight with 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal.
Savor the creamy luxury with 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips. Opt for vegan chocolate chips for a plant-based treat!
Add 1 cup of chunky peanut butter for robust nutty flavors,
Sweeten your creation with à tablespoons of honey.
Just a hint of enchantment with 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions
1. Begin by preparing your muffin tin with either paper or silicone liners to ensure a neat release.
2. Warm a saucepan over low heat and blend the peanut butter, honey, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fluid, then take off the heat.
3. Fold the Rice Krispies into the peanut butter mixture until well-coated.
Spoon the mixture into the lined muffin tin, pressing down lightly to form the base of your cups.
5. Melt the chocolate chips in a separate pan untill glossy, and spoon over the peanut butter bose in each cup
6. Let the cups chill in the refrigerator for ot least 1 hour, or until the chocolate sets.
7. Once set, remove from the refrigerator, peel off the liners, and enjoy the delightful crunch of your chocolate and peanut butter cups.
