Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Step 8: Pour half of the dough into the prepared pan. Arrange the peaches on top and save some to serve with the finished cake.Finally, pour the remaining batter over the peaches.
Step 9: Bake for about 90 minutes. After 60 minutes, start checking with a cake tester. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin.Step 10: Once the cake has cooled for 10 to 20 minutes, carefully remove it from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
