Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to make a roux.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Cook, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens.
5. Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheeses until melted and smooth.
6. Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
7. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chopped lobster, flaked crab, and peeled shrimp.
8. Pour the cheese sauce over the seafood and macaroni mixture, stirring gently to combine.
9. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
