Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Recipe Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties or balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the fritters with olive oil spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fritters are golden brown and cooked through.
