Better than takeout fried rice

Fried rice has been making people happy since the Sui Dynasty of China. Originally from Asia, this popular dish has spread around the world because it’s delicious, easy to prepare, and can be used as a filling main course or side dish.

INGREDIENTS

4 C. Cooked Rice
½ lb. Chicken thighs, cut into small pieces and cooked
1 tbsp.Frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chopped onion
2 large eggs
2 tsp. Ground Garlic
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
¼ C. Soy Sauce

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST FRIED RICE THAN TO GO

1.Put the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.

Add onions and vegetables to hot skillet and sauté until onions soften.
Reduce the temperature to medium.
Add the chopped garlic to the pan and cook for another 30 seconds.
Push the vegetables to the edge of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan. Stir the eggs and let them cook fully.
Mix the ingredients in the saucepan.
Add the rice and chicken to the pan and stir.
8Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated.

Fry for a minute or two before serving.
