Packed with nutritious ingredients and customizable to your taste, they make a fantastic snack for both kids and adults. Today, I’m excited to share a simple and delicious frozen yogurt bar recipe that you can whip up in no time.

Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt Bars

Here’s what you’ll need to create these refreshing treats:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Directions: How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bars

  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Line a baking dish: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the bars once they are frozen.
  3. Spread the yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Add toppings: Sprinkle the mixed berries, granola, chopped nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt with the back of a spoon.
  5. Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
  6. Cut into bars: Once the yogurt is fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Use the parchment paper to lift the yogurt out of the dish, then cut it into bars using a sharp knife.
  7. Serve: Enjoy your frozen yogurt bars immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
