CRAB BOIL PLATTER WITH EXTRA CORN

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs of crab legs (snow crab, king crab, or a mix)
  • 8 ears of corn, shucked and halved
  • 1 lb of small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb of andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 lemons, halved
  • 2 large onions, quartered
  • 8 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
