Bacon Cheese Fries with Ranch Sauce

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the package of frozen fries.
  2. Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, prepare the ranch sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, chives, garlic, onion powder, dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired.
  7. Serve the bacon cheese fries hot with a side of ranch sauce for dipping.

Pairing Suggestions

Bacon Cheese Fries are a decadent treat on their own, but if you’re looking to make a meal out of them, consider serving them alongside a crisp green salad or pairing them with your favorite burger or sandwich. For beverages, a cold beer or a refreshing soda are classic choices that complement the salty, savory flavors of the fries.
