CRISPY CHICKEN FRITTERS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties or balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the fritters with olive oil spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fritters are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
