Bangers & mash for tea

Ingredients

To whip up a batch of Bangers & Mash for Tea, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  1. In the same skillet used to cook the sausages, add the sliced onions.

  4. Gradually pour in the broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce, if using, and simmer the gravy until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Serve

  1. To serve, place a generous spoonful of mashed potatoes on each plate.
  2. Top with sausages and spoon the onion gravy over the top.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
