Thai Banana Pancakes

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, coconut milk, egg, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
