Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or cilantro, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the barbecue sauce mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the juices run clear.
  5. Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, if desired, and serve hot.

How to Store Leftovers
