Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles, uncooked
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe Directions
Step 1: Prep the Crockpot
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
Step 2: Add the Ingredients
- Layer the cooked and crumbled bacon on top of the chicken. Pour in the chicken broth and add the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Cook Slow and Low
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
