Grilled beef ribs

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 300°F to 350°F.
  2. Season the beef ribs generously with salt, pepper, and barbecue rub, if using.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender and starting to pull away from the bones, turning occasionally.
  4. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the barbecue sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  6. Brush the barbecue sauce onto the ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking, turning the ribs occasionally to ensure they’re evenly coated.
  7. Once the ribs are done cooking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
