Spicy noodles with seared kielbasa, shrimp and soft boiled egg

4. Cook the Kielbasa and Shrimp:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until they are nicely browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed and cook the shrimp until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. Combine Everything:

  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  2. Add the cooked kielbasa and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss again to combine everything well. Heat through for a minute or two.

6. Serve:

  1. Divide the spicy noodles between bowls. Cut the soft-boiled eggs in half and place on top of the noodles.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy noodles with seared kielbasa, shrimp, and a soft-boiled egg!
