Fried Bologna and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bologna
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  2. Add the bologna slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until crispy and browned.
  3. Remove the bologna from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  6. To assemble the sandwich, place the fried bologna slices on one slice of bread, top with the cooked eggs, and finish with the second slice of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot.
