Turkey Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

  1. Assemble Quesadillas:
    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
    • Spread the ranch dressing evenly over one side of each tortilla.
    • On one half of each tortilla, distribute the turkey and bacon.
    • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the turkey and bacon.
    • Fold the tortillas in half over the filling to make a half-moon shape.
  2. Cook Quesadillas:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter or oil.
    • Once the butter is melted or the oil is heated, place one quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Repeat with the second quesadilla, adding more butter or oil as needed.
    • If you have a large enough skillet, you can cook both quesadillas at the same time.
  3. Serve:
    • Cut the cooked quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
    • Offer sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Tips:

  • Variations: Feel free to add vegetables like diced tomatoes, onions, or bell peppers inside the quesadillas for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Cheese Options: Experiment with different types of cheese to find your favorite combination. Pepper jack cheese can add a spicy kick.
  • Cooking Method: If you prefer, you can use a quesadilla maker instead of a skillet to cook your quesadillas.
