Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Sauce

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the cooked chicken breast and cooked spaghetti to the bowl, and toss until well coated with the cheese sauce.

Step 3: Assemble and Bake

  1. Transfer the chicken and spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
