Crockpot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place half of them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour half of the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the crockpot.
  5. Layer the remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top, and then pour the rest of the egg mixture over them.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the casserole is set and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the top of the casserole before serving.
