Celery, cream cheese, bacon pieces, everything bagel seasoning, and cheddar cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 8-10 celery stalks, washed and trimmed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Celery:
    • Wash and trim the celery stalks.
    • Cut each stalk into 3-4 inch pieces, depending on your preference for size.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon pieces, shredded cheddar cheese, and everything bagel seasoning.
    • Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff the Celery:
    • Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture.
    • Fill the celery pieces generously, ensuring the filling is packed in.
  4. Chill the Stuffed Celery:
    • Place the stuffed celery pieces on a plate or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
