Shrimp pizza

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Arrange the cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese, followed by the black olives, red bell pepper, green onions, and minced garlic.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top, then season with the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  8. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
