Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.

Notes:

  • You can use fresh or frozen shrimp for this recipe. If using frozen shrimp, be sure to thaw them completely before cooking.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic, Parmesan, or seasonings to suit your taste.
  • This shrimp makes a great appetizer or main dish. Serve it over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
