Whole Roasted Cauliflower


Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will ensure that the cauliflower gets a nice golden color and a crispy texture.

Prepare the Cauliflower:
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are roughly uniform in size so that they cook evenly.

Seasoning:
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss the cauliflower until it’s well coated with the seasonings. The olive oil not only adds flavor but also helps in achieving that crispy exterior during roasting.

Roasting:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the florets are not crowded to allow proper caramelization. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Remember to toss the cauliflower halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.

Cheese Topping:
Once the cauliflower is roasted to perfection, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower, allowing the heat to melt the cheese and create a delicious crust. The cheese adds a rich, savory flavor that complements the roasted cauliflower.
