Loaded deviled eggs

Directions:

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and pickle relish until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Garnish each egg with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
