Preheat your grill to high heat.
Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and set aside.
Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and place them on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
While the steaks are grilling, place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Once cooked, remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the grilled steak and shrimp with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter on the side.
